Please read the reservation guidelines:

• At the time of booking a 25% deposit is required.
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to travel.
• Please advise us where in Cairns you will be staying to arrange a pick up.
• Alternatively, check in is at 4.45pm on the day of departure.

• Please remember to bring your diver certification card if you are a certified diver.

Cancellation Policy:

• If cancelled more than 30 days prior to departure a 25% cancellation policy applies
• If cancelled less than 30 days prior to departure a 50% cancellation policy applies
• If cancelled less than 14 days prior to departure a 100% cancellation policy applies.

Deep Sea Divers Den strongly recommends that you have travel insurance as well as appropriate dive insurance.

MARINE PARK FEES & FUEL LEVY

• The Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority collect an Environment Management Charge (EMC) from all persons entering the Marine Park. This fee assists the ongoing research and preservation of our Great Barrier Reef. .
• A Marine Park Levy of $15 per person per trip is payable directly on board (includes AUD$13.50 EMC + AUD$1.50 Admin Charges)
• A Fuel levy curently set at $10 per night is payable directly on board

CERTIFIED DIVERS

• You will also be required to fill out and sign a diver profile form.
• Medical Standards differ from country to country, certain medication / medical conditions may preclude you from diving in Australia.

ROOM TYPES

(Stateroom and Double room only have 1 double bed. Price based on 2 people sharing - sole use requires payment for both spots)

• Stateroom: 1 Double bed, must be booked by couples or sole use (pay for both spots)
• Double Ensuite: 1 Double bed, must be booked by couples or sole use (pay for both spots)
• Twin Ensuite: 1 Double and 1 Single bed. May be booked by individuals willing to share with 1 other passenger. Whenever possible same sex is preferred but cannot be guaranteed.
• Quad share: 4 x single beds (bunks). May be booked by individuals willing to share with up to 3 other passengers. Whenever possible same sex is preferred but cannot be guaranteed.
